Philip and has worked in the Irish energy sector for 10 years. Philip has significant experience working on biomethane and energy policy in Ireland having worked in Gas Networks Ireland and the Department of Environment, Climate and Communications. Philip led the development of DECC’s intended positions for the Renewable Heat Obligation in 2021, and project managed the development of Ireland’s National Biomethane Strategy for the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine.
